10d. Disseminating Results of Population Health Interventions
Evaluation is critical for determining whether or not a population health intervention achieved its desired impact as well as the key factors contributing to its impact (if any). But evaluations would be relatively pointless if the evaluation results were not shared or disseminated with decision makers and other key stakeholders to encourage the adoption of effective population health interventions.
